Looks like trash cars. Except they seem to have a roof (probably temporary plastic to keep the contents [and smell] inside the car). Interesting.

But i already have that playing on one of my monitors at all times last week i missed a steam engine couldn't get to the record button fast enough if its ok with hawk i will post all the train cam links i have
