When asked if it was going to be available in the next two weeks I received this reply
"Searchlight Simulations Hoping so. It's been delayed a bit as we've been exploring different avenues for the DRM to work but allow for people to play offline."

Its encouraging to see such enthusiasm from a new piece on rolling stock for TS2019. If its possible, can we see additional videos (new ones) on You-Tube of this?

There already is quite a few. Granted not all of them are great but it's something i suppose.
