Is this a legitimate question?

These look so good I almost don't want to repaint them. These guys have put some really hard work into these especially on the physics, sounds, modular scripts and some out of the box innovation on each of the models. No problems at all with units in the 64bit version after running for an hour, they work flawlessly. Keep up the amazing work guys!

Question guys, Why is it that the lead engine in an AI consist rev up and down while the other unit or units behind it don't?

These locomotives will not work with other creator's locomotives. The SD40-2s they have made thus far and future projects are the only units that will run together at this point due to the advanced scripting they have used. If you are running a consist with the SD40-2s, you also need to make sure you have switched "ON" all the appropriate switches in each locomotive including the trailing units to ensure they will operate properly. It may seem like a pain but take the time to read the manual fully so you can get the most out of what you have purchased, as you may find some interesting tidbits that enhance your operations.

It's a core game thing. The AI system will treat trailing units in a AI consist just like in a player controlled consist. They won't rev up because they don't receive the Input message from the leader since the leader is scripted to only send out consist messages when it's controlled by the player.
