SD45T-2 Coupler

Unread postby PNWR1854 » Wed Jun 06, 2018 8:33 pm

None of the fixes work for me.
Buzz said updating, or checking when I last updated might help. How would I do this?
Does anyone have a patch that they can share?
Thanks.

Why not add to this thread instead of starting a duplicate one on the same issue ? viewtopic.php?f=63&t=15044&start=120

I'm sorry... I installed the fix that was uploaded in the original thread, and that made them disappear, and then none of the other fixes worked. !*don-know!*

Don't do that. Uninstall the unit then re-install it so you are back to the original. The put the fix I just posted in and see if that works. It should. I tested it here on the ORIGINAL locomotive and all showed up OK. Even if you don't have the GP35-WP it should show up in the asset list.

How do I uninstall the unit? Just delete it from the files and then it will automatically reinstall? Or do I do it through steam or what?

The best way is to go into your Steam library find that DLC uncheck it. Then exit Steam and then re-start it. At this point the SD45 should be gone if you look into your DTM folder. Now go back into your library and check off the SD45. Exit Steam and then re-start it. You should see a item being uploaded and when it's finished the SD45 should be back in the DTM folder. Now install the patch I posted here and see if the couplers are there. You might want to look before you do the fix and make sure they are still missing in case there has been a fix done by DTG and Steam however I think not.
