The last two pictures of "Sherman Hill" actually look like Cheyenne, and the shot from a couple of weeks ago showing the motel complex just to the west is "spot on", as they say across the pond. I really hope this does not turn out to be another "Donner Pass", but then I still have hopes for seeing a revision made there soon.

I agree. I went to Cheyenne chasing the 844 on June 30-July 1 and it looks awesome! I really can see myself standing next to the steam shops there, but they are missig a lot of clutter around.
I know it's a WIP, but the clutter in the yard is what will take the cake!

Those roads on the overpasses are wrong though, it IS a 2 lane 1 way street on both viaducts, not the way it's pictured.

overall, it looks great!

Over on the thread about the "Big" update, there is a shot of the SW10 sitting at the Cheyenne roundhouse, and there appears to be "clutter". I hope they do have the long stall open so I can park my Challenger there.

The Challenger and Northern are stored in the steam shop. The DD and other items are stored in the RH. :D

I don't want to be a know it all, but their locations as in what shed are they in vary. The shops are used for some diesel repair, but that is where the Challenger would be getting maintenance. Then it would be transfered to the roundhouse for storage until the steam crew get back from a trip with the 844, then back to the shop for maintenance. The other locos are primarily stored in the roundhouse though, but I may be wrong. This is just as I understand it to be :D *!embar*! :D

Earlier somebody mentioned a DD, what is that? The only DD's I know of have to do with either pastries or girls. !*roll-laugh*!

That's my wife's nickname for reasons I shall not go into. ( . )( . )

Isn't that the 4-4 axle arrangement for the 40AX diesels?

You're right - it's Granite. I saw the diverging track on the left and thought it was T3 to Laramie - now I see the signal shanty and track-end bumper. *!embar*!
