Just saw the 1.2E demo pack is uploaded here, will give it a try...!

-Edit - it doesnt work - there are no model files (geopcdx) included with the demo.

Now what? This is not the way to drive an engine, but rather a stagecoach.

Should I delete the whole eyein folder and download anew?

Great model for a non professional modeler, but it does look a little murky.

yes youre supposed to delete the previous pack and install the new one fresh. and if you bought the pack you dont need the demo version. so omit it.

That's because the Sun is behind the loco. Jeez, can we be a little less negative?

Well, that shape file helped, but it still doesnt work. I have missing texture labels over the front ditchlights, and the engineer is sitting on the back porch like in the above photo. When I try to enter the cab, I get a SBHH. This is a clean install - I've never had any of your work installed previously.

Honestly I dont know what the heck is going on I included the lights in the demo pack. I'm pretty sure Ed put up the right package. I sent this file out to 3 people and came back clean on all counts. I know for a fact it has the light in there. Also the model is bare bones, meaning no cab and other things.

And buzz thanks for your comment. We can be alot less negative. I'm not a fan of the backhanded compliments such as "its good for a non-pro modeller". Youre right I didnt go to school for architectural and design. But somehow I manage.

I will post the demo files here again and on my blog later today or tomorrow. At least there are NO issues with the payware pack or I'd have some pretty mad peeps.

I am sorry if I sounded negative. It is not my intent to denigrate the author or his work.
Doing an engine from scratch is a huge feat few of use have accomplished and for which Eyein can only be applauded.
Like with his routes and assets, it takes a few attempts to get everything sorted. Patience is a virtue, no doubt it'll be fine in a couple of days.

Photo repaints often have this same problem. It is very difficult to get good photos for textures, non distorted, evenly lighted and with proper contrast. Especially on an all black scheme like NS's where great subtlety is required in your exposure to capture all the shades of gray. Tripod is a must and perhaps you'll need a tilt-and-shift lense if you cannot get far off and perpendicular to the engine's four sides.
