Trains in Miami - West Palm Beach

Hi guys! I just have a sorta random question about trains that run in the Miami - West Palm route. I know Amtraks schedule there, but for those Railfans that live there what types of trains do you see CSX specifically? I know rock/manifest trains are a given, but do any Autorack, TOFC/Intermodal, trash etc. trains pass through? And also, how often do you guys get foreign power? (That may be a hard question to answer because of everyone owing CSX HP hours). I greatly appreciate any help you guys give me as I am looking for new trains that are realistic to run there!
