Count me in! Couldn't care less about the Dash 9, there's plenty of other locos anyway.

And I still can't tell it from the ES44AC.

I agree. Maybe we should just learn to love the quirks in RW !*don-know!* They may be annoying, but at least on my end, they aren't that frequent. I recently got a brand spanking new HP and put the sim on it, and within the first week I got the "something bad" error, but I don't get them often. People need to just enjoy the sim and start again when it goes crazy.

About the Yellow now. I wish the UP ES44 yellow on Scott Hoarty's repaint could be applied to all those locomotives and make the reds a red, (SD40-2)no black to darken them. I like the color a lot, so if it could be applied and made default I would be happy. The sun bleached SD40-2 can't really be called "unweathered" because it just has no newness. The red line is pink, and so are the numbers and it looks weathered. I don't want to complain a lot, but I do think coloration should be given more attention to detail.

So basically they are taking their time for making a better product and this route won't be like Donner Pass, which is more important than publishing this month.

It's all good news then.

At least one of the famous facing foward objects are the trees (if I'm not wrong), I sincerelly hope that they are making more vegetation TS2012 compatible, and I also don't care if it lasts a bit more to come out. !!*ok*!!

Let them (RSC) take their time. Get it right. I still have dozens of scenarios from Trains and Drivers, and Smitty's Locomotive Shed (RIP, my friend) I'll be busy into next year. Plus scenarios and routes galore, like Lonewolfdon's Kings Highway Delux. Heck, I can't count all the stuff I have. !**duh*!!

Based on RSC's efforts to repair the Dash9, I see a good trend toward better testing. I agree that I'd rather wait a little longer and get a product that works. I'm really excited about the new DLC in the works, especially the 44tonner. There's an operating 44t at the railroad museum in Atlanta. It's almost like a ride in a time machine.

The route needs billboards, street directional signs, and business signage.

I have recently spent a lot of time on Google Earth, compairing "Sherman hill" and the "Mojave Sub" screen shots to the real thing, and I really like the job RSC has done. The last two pictures of "Sherman Hill" actually look like Cheyenne, and the shot from a couple of weeks ago showing the motel complex just to the west is "spot on", as they say across the pond. I really hope this does not turn out to be another "Donner Pass", but then I still have hopes for seeing a revision made there soon.
