Just reinstalling over the current one should solve your problem.
This route was not sold through Steam, so was not compressed into .ap files.

After you install/reinstall all of the files, do a search in your Railworks folder for ' PONtrack ' and delete any instances where it pops up. That will save you all kinds of headaches/bugs.
