My rig maybe too old. I do not see a noticeable difference in TS with Game Mode turned on.

I will reinstall Skyrim or something and see what happens.

It mentions VR headset support, or rather 'mixed reality' as Microsoft calls it.

4K gaming and XBox Live?

What does this mean for possible TSW support? Too early to tell probably ...

Hopefully my Vive will be supported, since it seems to be the Valve/Steam proprietary headset.

Something has changed in Windows 10 for me. When you use to click on a link in an email a window popped up asking what browser to use and the only option was MS Edge. From today that same window pops up and asks what browser to use and now it shows all browsers on my computer, so now I get a choice. :D

My computer just finished a 3hr + install of Windows 10 build 15063. Don't know whether this is the April update as I recently signed up for the insider program.

Don't think so. I have WIndows 10 Home. Lots of things have changed to the previous version, like Control Panel which is no longer on the drop down menu. Had to type it into search to find it.

OK after a google search I found that you get into game mode by pressing the Windows Key + G while in game and a panel should pop up for you to be able to turn on Game Mode on but, in TSW when you press the keys all you get is a couple of white flash's.

I doubt "game mode" will really do anything.
Windows has been good about shutting things down in full screen mode for some time.

Control panel should be available by right clicking the start button, along with quite a few other things.

Is the update already forced on US System Locale machines?

The Metered Connection switch only works on devices connected to the Net on WIFI.
As soon as your PC is connected by Ethernet, the update will be forced on you, unless you take drastic measures with all kinds of settings, some of which aren't available on Home edition.

DVD player is back. Before you had to use a program like VLC to play DVDs. As mentioned above Control Panel is no longer in the Start Menu. Another thing they have fixed is

automatically coming out of Sleep Mode. I put my computer in sleep mode from about 6-00pm to 8-30pm while I do other things, and depending whether we were NZ DST or NZ ST

which we have just gone back into, the computer use to always come out of sleep mode either at 6-45pm or 7-45pm. It always did this from the original release of WIndows 10. Now last

night it didn't with the new version. I suppose another fix. If using IE11 you now have another tab icon which allows you to go into MS Edge. Another thing I noticed which I don't think

was in MS Edge before is the ability to import your favorite's from various browsers. You also have a Windows Mail icon on the task bar. It also seems to run a bit quicker and smoother.

Basically all that I mentioned above and playing TSW and TS2016 is all I use my computer for. Let me know if you want to know anything else and I well try my best to find it. I have also

found a couple of new options in the settings window. You have a gaming icon which you click on and allows you to go switch on or off gaming mode, allows you to record games etc,

with 4 icons Game Bar, Game DVR, Broadcasting and Game Mode, before to record games you had to click on the Xbox icon in the start menu. Another new icon in the settings window

is a Apps icon which allows you to Uninstall Apps, Default and optional features.

About that Game mode: is there any XBox integration/extension? This might be of use for the coming XBox version of TSW.
