A badly painted locomotive still pulls freight as well as a freshly painted unit..

Looks like they pulled them out of the paint booth as the painters were mixing the colors.
It does not matter if its road or yard service. The appearence of your engines represent your railroad.
The BNSF should be embarassed to have them in a photo shoot.
