My only question to Claudio is: why this tool cannot create a new camera position?
It is just a question of adding a few lines of XML in the blueprint file.

@ Claudio

I want to use your great utilty to adjust the camera views inside a steam locomotive cab with its boiler in front like the UP BigBoy or the UP Challenger. Do I need to capture screen shots of the both "Builder's Photo" picture and an "overhead plan view" picture. The tutorial shows both pictures and I understand how the utility works for a diesel style locomotive or a passenger coach. But Steam Locos have a cab in the rear not the front.

Ok Chacal, i try to explain better ...

I possess RW only European and Americans do not have the content, so I do not have the UP BigBoy or the UP Challenger or other American loco.

Then we go I have some difficulty understanding the problem.

How can I do?

@ Claudio

Do you have the camera views for European Steam Locomotives? I am unable to find any examples for Steam Locomotives in your tutorial that I can use for my North American Steam locomotive cameras.

You seem to have covered the camera views for Euro Diesel or Electric locomotives and Passenger Coachs quite nicely. I want to use your Camera View utility for North American Steam Locomotives.

@ Claudio

I can capture a screen shot of any locomotive in RailWorks using Ctrl-S keystroke then resize it in PhotoShop to make a 800 x 600 pixel .JPG graphic. I just need to discover how to marry your camera locating mouse control for the camera view positioning on that captured and resized screen shot graphic. Or Is that a major custom designed software modification to the utility for you?

Ok maybe I understood,

you should make sure that you can configure on the dialog box (image) point 0.0 Initial and make sure that it is not the center of the image, but you can move to a point configured as desired by the operator.

I understand?

@ Claudio

Could you please add the instructions how to make a custom picture for new locomotives and how to marry the camera view mouse control to the custom picture into your next tutorial? I am still puzzled how to do this for my North American Steam Locomotives.

Has this tool been updated to work with 2014, I received a message from the author a while back about a new version being done for 2014 since then I have not been able to find any reference to a updated version.
