RE: Loader Placement at York
It has come to my attention that a placement problem exists in regard to the Container Crane located at the York South 5 track (see attached Memo from Foreman Dan Hernandez re: loader defects). Special RR Envoy to York Dan Hernandez, upon arrival at York South 5, snapped the following screenshot:

SRRE Hernandez, in his Memo, specifically called attention to the strangely situated container load near the left tower of the Container Crane {see above image}. The sharp-witted Hernandez proceeded to order a loading test at said Container Crane, snapping screenshots as the test exercise proceeded.
Photo 1: As Container Grabber descends, container appears on the ground below it (note to self: investigate source of said container!!!):

Photo 2: Container Grabber reaches correct loading position:

Photo 3: Rather than lowering container, Container Grabber proceeds to incorrect loading position:

Evidently, the obstructing container(s) had been dropped to the ground in a previous incident. (note to self: have SRRE Hernandez investigate previous incident)
Cleverly continuing his investigation, the intrepid Hernandez invoked his special World Editing power and snapped the following image:

In this Memoist's opinion, the bluish three-dimensional frame seen in above screenshot marks the "target zone" within which a descending container will ... well ... descend. In this case, as in others previously investigated by this office (see previous memos, att.), the Container Crane has been placed improperly. Proper placement, however, would require repositioning of a section of fencing, as shown below in a photo reconstruction prepared by myself:

Recommendations:
1) This and other Container Cranes located in current RSC DLC or Standard routes be investigated immediately. (note to self: determine difference between DLC and Standard)
2) Where deemed necessary, said Container Cranes be repositioned into correct alignment ASAP, along with concomitant repositioning of other adjacent tracks and/or structures.
3) SRRE Hernandez be awarded a special commendation before returning to his duties as Foreman in former colonies.
