Besides, we don't have an Sd40-2 without a DB.

Umm, #70 is an MPI MP20C-3. http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/locolist.aspx?id=PHL PHL had 14 specially built just for them. These are low emissions diesels, designed to keep pollution low in the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. PHL is an industry leader in low emissions diesels. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MPI_MP20C. I think it could be a rebuilt SD40-2, tho.

I caught PHL #63 napping after clearing sidings all morning:

In over a year coming down to the Iowa at least once a week, ofter two or three times a week, I have NEVER seen these two sidings totally clear:

Looks like MOW stuff going on. The siding you see up close to the trucks usually is full with miles of empty well cars, the line closer to the street usually is full with miles of intermodal (single and double stack).
