Why is everyone using all these custom programs when RAILWORKS HAS A BUILT-IN SCREENSHOT FUNCTION?

I get that these programs are highly useful when a program doesn't have a screenshot function, but just hitting Ctrl-S is a heck of a lot easier for Railworks. And if for some reason that isn't working Steam also has a screenshot feature that works in all Steam games (F12 by default).

when i click add file it says extention png is not allowed. what am i doing wrong?

PNG files are not allowed because they are inherently larger than JPG.

Also note the post immediately following the one linked to above, which states the max file size, as does the link PapaXpress gave..
