I don't know. Lunar White, possibly blue? That bottom one looks funny, like maybe a blank or just bend out of shape.

I think the bottom had a lens with an S on it that was lit-up, while the first three were all red. Used for a switch that was hand-operated (Stop and open switch: Rule 295 on the SCL). But this is just a shot in the dark on my part after looking at this: http://www.blet375.com/csx-Signals-REDI-Center.pdf

There is a dwarf similar to that except the bottom light is different on the old SCL line in Apex, NC. I have many pictures if you would like some.

Here is one. This signal shows red on top, next lowest is green, then amber (yellow), and the bottom light isn't used anymore. I've never seen the yellow either, its usually red around 4:00 when I usually go railfanning in Apex, because the local freight is coming. Once the local passes it, it changes to red over green. Sometimes its solid green, but its rare. Never seen the bottom light, but the CSX crews down there love me, they let me in the CSX office and gave me 2 brand new hats and a safety vest, so maybe they could turn it on for me. Doubt it, but you can always hope! *!!wink!!*
Here you can see the local freight is parked on the siding approach, so the dwarf displays red. I'll upload the red over green one if I get time.
