Hi Ian,
I do have a GE sound set which has never been released, if you might need it. I haven't played around with sounds for a long while, so I will be very rusty. I have to dig around to find the file. Just in case you need a backup.

can someone who is versed in sounds tell me the best way to eliminate the "jet sound when two locomotive use the same sounds. is it a pitch thing? or volume? whats the trick to make that stop. I tried pitch lowering by a half step and I still get the same effect. so not sure which way to approach this. Need some good ideas please

What's this "jet sound" you're describing?

when two locomotives with the same exact sounds exist together in a consist they will have this weird overlapping sound that goes in and out on top of the regular sounds.
