I want the REAL thing, plain old DL&W, the Route of Phoebe Snow, the Lackawanna, accept no imitations! (Though that high-wide route across northern Indiana was pretty cool...)

Offhand, going with the 40 to 80 mile example of most payware routes, I'm thinking you could have some fun with:

Hoboken through the Cutoff including the commuter branches
Through the Delaware Water Gap
Pocono Summit through Scranton to Tunkhannock (or)
Scranton to Binghamton
The West End (Buffalo then east 50 miles or so)

Oh yeah! That would be cool!

Make it.

Thinking about it, but have two projects ahead of it (at least): Burlington Junction switching road at Quincy, IL, and C&O of Indiana (at least in part).

Unrelated to that, I REALLY like driving in the dark!

I could take on that project in the future as well. I lived in scranton when i was young. i know the area real well. used to hit up the steamtown mall all the time. Still have family there. 60 miles from scranton to binghamston on that stretch of track. Mostly NS, conrail, and CP.

That's extactly what I was thinking!! With all the great PC and Conrail stuff out there, (which I have)....It would be great to that... I also wish someone would remap (or paint) the Default SD40-2 in PC, like the old RW2 one. Or...CNJ "Red Birds" with a CR patch....etc! I know that they didn't have them, but they are close! With HSC, and all the great stuff, the curve could look like 1976-77...(hmm.... Bicentennial Units!!)....Not to mention Ohio Steel 2!! Another Conrail "look alike"!! Maybe I am showing my age!! Ahhhh....cabooses! You guys take care...I am off to play RR!

Isn't that considered stalking?
Anyway those are great repaints. Are these available somewhere?

The "DTC"...a fictional railroad here in Michigan....with a "flavor" of the old DT&I. Very nicely done! Thank you for sharing the units! The Units are shown on the Ohio Steel 2 Route.

Best Regards,
