Pike's Eagle Ridge Route passenger run!

Unread postby Gunloon » Tue Feb 01, 2011 10:19 pm

Thanks to the able assistance of the fine folks in the RW community, I now have this route and am going through the scenarios correcting the 'broken consist' errors.

The first scenario alone is worth the price of admission! A pretty intense passenger run with SP F-7s where you start out following a similar passenger train...never a dull moment, you have to stay close behind the other train while observing signals to avoid encroaching on an occupied block, watch for manual turnouts you have to set to keep your path clear, and keep to a tight schedule all the while. Major fun, this is good railroading!

If you have the G-Trax lightweigt passenger cars you can download a black SP repaint for them on trainsim.com.
They look much better than the default white AFCs. !*salute*!

Another shot of a big old trestle spanning a gorge, not part of the passenger run but there's loads of grand scenes in this route!
